Your member ID is normally the short form of your company's name. One way to find out is to use the search function of the site. Use the first word of your company's name or your first name to search. Once your listing is found, click on the link to open up your catalogue page. Your ID is shown in the URL bar of your web browser. The part after the id= is your member ID.

I forgot my member Password, what must I do?
Go to the Member Login section and click on the little blue question mark , then enter your Member ID and send. Your Member ID and Password will be emailed to you.

How do I find a eCatalogue page?
a. Go to edirect3.com.my, click the Directory and then click on the Directory Category of your choice. You should find what you want there.

b. You can use the search function in edirect3.com.my. One is here at the top right hand side of the screen. Type in the keyword you wish to search. For example "automobile" if you are looking for a car.

c. You can go directly to a particular eCatalogue page if you know the exact URL of that eCatalogue page. Example: http://edirect3.com.my/ecgi/m.pl/id=wav

How do I change my information in eCatalogue page?
Login to Member page and you can amend all necessary information with our online editor form. The Member Login section is located at top of every page.

Can I change the back ground and fonts of my eCatalogue page?
No, you can't change them as they are prefixed.

How do I change the style of my eCatalogue page?
Login to Member page and you click on the [edit Catalogue Text] button. You have 2 options to select from.

How can I promote my own eCatalogue page?
You certainly can promote your own eCatalogue page and with a consistence effort you will find tremendous results.

To promote your eCatalogue page, you must first collect your list of email addresses such as your clients or prospects. No, only 4 pictures are allowed at the present moment. However you can use an image editor such as Photoshop to combine many pictures into one.

Can I insert animated picture to my eCatalogue page?
Yes, animated gif file can be uploaded.

Can I reduce the size of my photos?
Yes, you'll need a image editing software. A good one is Photoshop. If you seriously need our help then email us your photos with your member ID and the photo number to be placed.

Can I display Chinese text in my eCatalogue page?
Technically you can if you know how to use a Chinese Text entry program such as Chinese Star. But remember if your visitors do not have the Chinese character support in their Browser then your Chinese text will mess up the page.

Can I use my own Domain Name for the eCatalogue page?
Yes, but you will need to do a redirect script on your Domain Server. See Example. If you need our help, please email to us.

Can I shorten my eCatalogue URL?
Technically not with edirect3 server however you can use a third party redirect service. A good one to recommend is http://www.allday.at/ and it is Free.

Can I make my directory link to my website instead of the eCatalogue page?
Yes, you can set it from the [Edit Catalogue Text] button in your member page.
